Package Two

• We handle all the work this is a turnkey package (budget two and a half hours) all ages welcome. Up to ten children.

• Each child will receive a picture frame to decorate at the art table. A picture will be taken of each of your ten guests while on the horses. The picture will be put in the frame as a memory of the party. (Parents supervision required at the art table).

• Enjoy lunch or dinner your choice (sandwiches, BBQ hotdogs or Pizza and drinks). The party may be held in the meadow area or the fully covered patio next to the barn. Food supplied for children food for adult guest is additional cost.

• Birthday cake is included, you chose flavor and decoration style.

• All party supplies are included. (special decoration would be your responsibility)

Fishing Derby Birthday Party

Great idea for the Boys

• We handle all the work this is a turnkey package (budget three hours)
• all ages welcome. Up to ten children.
• Each child will have the chance to catch and lease fish from our pond. The pond is stocked with Bass and Catfish. The fishing will be supervised by helpers for every two to three fisherman. This event success is dependent of the children interest and patience. This is just like any type of fishing there are good day and poor days depending on the fish. (Parents supervision required for safety).
• All fishing equipment is supplied. If you chose to bring your own you may.

Princess Party

If you have that special young Lady that

loves to dress up

• We handle all the work this is a turnkey package (budget two hours) all ages welcome. Up to nine young ladies.
• After you arrive the young ladies will be picked up by a beautiful Belgian Draft horse pulling a white vis a vis carriage just like ones used in weddings. The ladies will enjoy a Horse Drawn Carriage ride around the equestrian center arriving at the party venue. A red carpet is rolled out for the ladies to approach the outdoor venue.
• Parents and adult guest will follow the young ladies in a Surry Horse Drawn Carriage to the party venue. Maximum of nine adults to follow.
• The young ladies will enjoy lunch of (sandwiches and beverage of your choice) on a beautifully decorated party table.
• Each child will receive a picture frame to decorate at the art table. A picture will be taken of each of your nine guests while in the Horse Carriage. The picture will be put in the frame as a memory of the party. (Parents supervision required at the art table).

• Each child will have the chance to pan for Gold from our pond. The pond is stocked with small pieces of look a like gold. The panning will be supervised by helpers. This event success is dependent on the children interest and patience. This is just like any type of panning; there are good day and poor days depending on the area panned. (Children will be in knee deep water, parent’s supervision required for safety).
